How do I use a 23andMe coupon?

Are there any other ways to save at 23andMe? 

• 23andme offers 10% off anytime you purchase more than one kit. Orders can also be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. 

What is 23andMe's shipping / return policy? 

• There are two options for shipping. Standard shipping is available for a fee of 6.95. Expedited shipping is available for a higher charge. Shipping costs for kits include the shipping of the kit to the home and the shipping of the kit back to the lab. 23andMe ships orders within 1-2 business days. You can track your shipment through your online portal. Packages that contain more than one kit are given discounts on additional shipping charges. Once you place an order you can't update it, but you can cancel the order before it is fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, you will have to ask for a refund. In order to receive a refund, you can't have submitted your sample to the lab, and it has to be within 30 days of the order. You will request a refund by contacting customer service.
