Rates for the Sandals Halcyon Beach in St. Lucia start at $197 pp/pn which is by far one of Sandals more reasonable rates.  If you are looking for a Sandals all-inclusive getaway this is one that I would recommend as we went on our Honeymoon there.  They have lots of restaurants to choose from and a free bus over to their larger Sandals Grande St. Lucia if you feel like checking out their restaurants.  Combine the lower rate with some of their other current offers (1 free night, up to $325 air credit) to save even more.
