We Didn't Invent BBQ, We Perfected It! Mill Creek Cattle Company Smokehouse and Saloon in Mentone opened in 2000. It became an overnight success, specializing in BBQ, Steaks, Seafood and Pasta. Building on that success and using the same recipes, Mill Creek BBQ, Burgers and Drive-thru was born. You won't find pre-cut, per-mixed, pre-made or pre-cooked, that's not how this Stagecoach rolls. We arrive early and begin mixing the dough, letting it rise and baking our fresh made sandwich rolls everyday. The tomatoes are hand sliced fresh everyday. We hand batter our fresh sliced onions for our beer battered onion rings. We use fresh mushrooms and saute them in a Chardonnay wine sauce fresh everyday.
