In 1990, La Bohème was established on a bustling street corner in what was to become Fair Oaks Blvd. Owners Alex Klaib and Daniel Alèzeau were driven by a single goal - to create one of the finest restaurants in the Sacramento area. The restaurant quickly flourished, building a loyal clientele with a taste for fine dining. With the dining desires of the Sacramento community, La Bohème became the favorite restaurant for individuals as well as from companies for their banquet needs. As the dining habits of greater Sacramento flourished, so too did the restaurant.
