Ezra's place began in the heart and soul of owner and Chef Dennis Apodaca. The restaurant is named after Dennis' son Ezra. Mr. Apodaca has cooked in many restaurants in San Francisco and Santa Fe. He was the Sous Chef at the world famous Santa Cafe, and worked for such well-known chefs as Mark Miller of the Coyote Cafe and Alice Waters of Chez Panizze. Dennis makes Albuquerque his home and we can enjoy his talent at this beautiful North Valley location. We hope you enjoy the wonderful meals served at Ezra's place.
