For the price, these are great little LED lights and I love the rechargeable 18650 battery capability. They fit nicely in your pants pocket and throw out an amazing amount of light for a one battery flashlight. Not wild about the zoom/tele ring but it does work once you get used to it instead of having a preferred push pull shroud. Will buy some more in the future.

This is not a good flashlight. It is advertised as a CREE from Ultrafire. Not true. It is a very cheap Chinese copy. Says it is a 5000 lumen. I doubt it is even 200 lumen. It does work, and is ok for just a flashlight. But I wouldn't count on it in a survival situation. I would not use the 2 battery chargers they give you with this flashlight. They are the cheapest piece of junk I've ever seen. Are they worth the $9? Not sure. The photos do not match the actual flashlights they send you. Ultrafire had nothing to do with the making of this flashlight.

I bought this, and tested it. 2000 lumen? Not even close. After discovering that it was not nearly as bright as my 1000 lumen flashlight, I looked at, and measured, the LED emitter. It is NOT a CREE XM-L, but looks to be the low power XP-E (307 lumens): size, lines on the emitter surface, and output all match CREE website information. I'll never get my time back, but I sure would like to get back my money, INCLUDING the cost to ship these misrepresented products back!

I purchased them to so I could have an extra one in my flight bag and one in my plane. I think the lights are great but they came with no paperwork and nothing telling you what size and type of battery it takes.

Let's start with the basics. First of all, it's not made by Cree. They would never put their name on this product. It's a cheap Chinese knockoff, operative word "cheap". Nothing about the fit and finish says quality. The O-rings are a joke, barely making contact. Water tight? I think not. The bluish wavelength light is reminiscent of first generation "white" LEDS. Overall brightness is mediocre at best. If I had the ability to actually measure the lumen output, I sincerely doubt it would meet the published spec of 2000 lumens. No way. Not even on its best day. My Ryobi Tek4 5W rechargeable LED flashlight rated for 220 lumens blows this flashlight away in side by side comparison tests. And are they kidding us with that awful power switch? Do they really expect users to be happy with cycling it 3 times every single time just to get to the setting they want? Bottom line is you get what you pay for, or don't pay for as in this case. Buy this flashlight only if you want to be disappointed. It's junk.Read full review
