Item came new with the box, with a usb cable and instructions. This is a great smartwatch honestly cant go wrong for the price, the band is a bit flimsy but the smartwach does all the functions advertised IF YOU USE THE RIGHT APP I use OXO Notifications and it works great,I receive all notifications, and it doesnt close. Good watch to start out if you havent owned a smart watch. Until smartwatch makes some more progress this watch is the only one worth its money (IMO) would definitely recommend this product
