This would have been a perfect shower head if Sunbeam didn't try to incoperate two shower heads. This is where they fail, and fail miserably. The second shower head that attaches itself to the holder is too heavy and moves the shower head in all sorts of directions. If this was a wand and shower head with just one head this would have been perfect. The water also stays in the shower head after the shower is over with since it has two places to go so hours later you'll hear some drips. I replaced this nightmare with the shower head I had, not a wand, and I will be buying a wand that doesn't have an extra head. This was an epic fail. UNITEDCOLDSTEEL

Bought it for the low price. Does not adjust easily when changing settings. When attached, it was too low even for a short person. Would be nice to be able to adjust the height a little. Installation instructions could have been clearer.

This thing is a plastic piece of crap. None of the spray choices has good pressure. My old one did, so its not our water. The handheld part cracked the first time I tried to take it off to use it. Very disappointed.

The problem is the diverter is made from plastic, a poor choice of material for pressurized water lines. Can't get it to seal without the ball joint blowing out. Purchased a metal diverter and hook for the hand spray and the head, hose and hand spray work great.
