With $100 and $50 rebates, this is a good deal. It has only DVD and no CDRW. Also I read at some review sites, that the ram is expandable to 640MB with a 512MB ram even though the system says upgradale to 384MB ram. Averatec 3120V The notable thing here is both rebates requires only COPY of UPC. all the best miamikk
