Go to www.moissanite.com and click on the red star at the upper right of the homepage. A new screen will pop up with a form that you need to fill out.
Here are the details of the sweepstakes:
“To enter for a chance to win a pair of 14k white gold martini stud earrings set with 5mm round brilliant-cut moissanite jewels (approx. 1 carat total weight) with a retail value $599 - just answer these 7 easy questions. Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on October, 31 2009.
Sponsor will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries in a random drawing on or about November 10, 2009.
