I signed up for an account at this Ron Hutchcraft Minitstries site.
Which is required in order for you to request this 'free' calendar.
But when I tried to request the "free" calendar, I couldn't complete
the checkout without entering credit card info to PAY for the SHIPPING COSTS.
So I signed up for an account for nothing and did not get a calendar.
