The Cheesecake Factory is doing a 30 day tour to collect canned food for local food banks. First 500 people to donate at each location on the tour get a free slice of cheesecake and more. Here is the details from the site:

"Sharing a common goal, The Cheesecake Factory has partnered with Feeding America for The 'Drive Out Hunger' Tour. Throughout the month of September, in support of Hunger Action Month, we'll be touring 30 cities in 30 days holding an event each day to collect cans of soup benefiting the local food bank. Join us in supporting this cause by bringing two cans of soup to the event at each city and receive:

-A complimentary slice of Stefanie's Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake™ – for the first 500 guests who donate two cans of soup.
-A special gift to use on a future visit to The Cheesecake Factory® for every guest who donates.
-Being a part of the bigger picture by getting an official 'Drive Out Hunger' Tour photo taken and uploaded to our Photo Mosaic page online.
-Live radio remotes featuring your favorite local radio station personalities and music."

I saw this on my local NBC news station today, and you can go to the Cheesecake Factory in Palm Beach Gardens outside the Palm Beach Gardens mall today and do this. Good deal and a great way to donate to you local food bank.

Your is over as of today, but for anyone still interested in the cause, they are going to donate 10 percent of guest checks from today as well for anyone that brings in two cans of soup to any location.
