I am new here and looking to find out how to navigate my way through here. The economy has made me very conscious of saving every dime so I can put my daughter through college. I'm looking for a way to find coupons and I would appreciate any help from anyone who can point me in the right direction. I'm from Chicago, but occasionally buy my groceries in Indiana because the sales tax in cheaper and there is no bottled water tax.

Some of the things I buy regularly ;

Tropicana orange juice
minute maid orange juice
Welch's Grape juice
Motts Apple Juice
Ocean Spray cranberry juice

Kraft Cheese

Oscar Mayer bacon
Bob Evans sausage
Johnsonville sausages

Hellman's mayonaise

Tide detergent

Tyson hot wings

Healthy Life Bread

Perdue Chicken

Hot pockets
lean pockets

green giant frozen vegitables
birds eye frozen vegitables

nabisco crackers

Check the Printable and Snail Mail section of the Grocery Forum everyday. We are pretty good here about finding all available coupons that are out there. Also if you want to see if anyone would be willing to trade coupons w/you, make a post in the Coupon Train/Trading section.[:D]
