PetSmart online had this incredible clearance price on puppy pads. I use them daily for my indoor dog and so I thought I would stock up. I went through the ordering process, filling out how many I wanted 8 boxes of 100 @ 14.00, my name, address and such. Then I filled in my credit/debit card information and submitted my order. At that time when the order was placed a message came up saying they had sold out. Well aw shucks but I could understand at that price. A little later I looked at my bank information and their was a pending debit for PetSmart for $114.22. Wait a minute my order didn't go through. I contacted customer Service and they gave me the standard of how they have to verify the information for the order. I emailed them again explaining in detail that the order didn't go through because they had sold out. Same story from them only longer explanation about how my money was still in my account and the bank would release it in their time frame (which is ten or more days w/o a official letter). I pitched a fit and told them they need to fix their system so it knows when a product is sold out. I have now filed a BBB complaint and am waiting. In the meantime I have 114.22 that I can't access because of them. It has now been a week. It would be okay if I had ordered something else, but they were verifying my information when there was no product. I am sorry it has really made me mad. Beware of them when you buy online.
