My thoughts exactly, I was thinking of customizing one as a Windows Media for TV, the TV tuner and remote are external and the specs are subpar. By the time you make it a decent media center you are around $800. Might as well stick to using my TV as a second monitor for my laptop and running Media Center there. Works great!

you're missing the big picture. It's a HYBRID. it can run on electric as well as gas.
