At this point in time I am so frustrated with Classic Closeouts I could scream. First of all we went on vacation last month with my mother, when we arrived at the condo where we were staying she went to pay for our condo with her C/C and was told to call Visa. Upon calling she was told that someone online had tried to charge 69.99 twice to Classic Closeouts and it had thrown up a red flag since they had her expiration date wrong. She filed a fraud claim against the charges and Visa is pressing it.
I go online to pay my Master Card bill this month and lo and behold but there are 2 charges to Classic Closeouts for 69.99 each on my credit card. I call my provider and also file fraud claims against them. The charges went through on mine since my expiration date had not came up yet. But again my provider is pushing the issue in the fraud dept.
My reason for being soo pissed besides being almost ripped off ..........the 800 number provided on my credit card statement to Classic Closeouts is a number that NO ONE will answer day or night and when you go to their web site they have no customer service number to call. So I fire off an email demanding that someone get in touch with me because obviously they have a problem on their end with people who have ordered with them before being charged with fraudulent transactions. STILL NO ANSWER....
I realize that I will be credited my money back, but still I want some sort of answer as to what has happened.
Anybody else have issues with the 69.99 charges showing up on your cards?
