Amazon.com has the best customer service in my mind. Although they don't offer price match to other stores, they do have Post-Order Price Guarantee. If the price of an item you bought drops in 30 days, you can ask for a refund by contacting their customer service.

How to track the price-drop of an item.
I found the following site providing such services. You just need to input the link to the item and your email. When its price drops, you will receive an email notification.

It also has display price history of the item, which may give you an idea if the price is going to change.

Thanks for the info... it's much better than what I'm doing now --- returning it and then buy it again...

By the way does Amazon give you refund on 3rd party items as well?

They only honor the price-drop on items sold directly by amazon.com. It is already good enough. Most of time, I only order items from amazon.com directly.

Yeah, I like it the best. I know if an item is cheap or not by looking at its price history chart.
