I ordered two different sets of iitems. I selected the "Priority 7 Day" processing at extra cost so that they would be delivered a week before I actually needed them (in case processing was slow even though I paid extra). Three days later, I got an email stating that all of one set and only half of the other set had shipped. The email included a DHL tracking number and stated that it was second day shipping. According to their system, this order (although missing half of the second set) was to be delivered on April 14th.

And then things went down hill. When the package did not arrive, I called DHL on April 16th and DHL stated that Vistaprint gave them shipping information but never actually gave them the package. On the morning of April 17th, I called Vistaprint. They did not know what happened and suggested that the package was lost in shipping (even though DHL had no record of even receiving it). In addition, they could not explain why they did not even print the missing half of the second set at all.

I told them that I needed the items by the 19th and asked if they could do a rush printing and overnight them. They said no and that there was no way I was going to receive my order in time. All they were willing to do was either enter a new order or issue a STORE credit. After speaking with a manager, they finally agreed to at least refund the money.

At this point, I was left twisting in the wind with no way to get the items in time from another vendor.

The moral of the story is:
If you actually NEED the items, don't order them from Vistaprint- no matter how many promo codes they put out.

They may or may not print all of them. And even if they do print some items, you (and the shipping company) may never see them anyway.

If you are considering doing business with them, go to Epinions and read the most recent reviews. Also, go to www.ripoffreport.com and read about what they are doing with people's credit cards. If you still are willing to risk it, at least use a credit card instead of a debit card.
