Okay, I print lots of coupons, like I am sure a lot of you do also. Now, Wal Mart no longer accepts these coupons. I am writing the main company, for all the good it will do, but I have stopped shopping at Wal Mart. It makes it hard to find some things, but I feel like they are just gaining too much power over us, and not realizing that customers are what keeps them going. Any ideas?

THe Walmart that I shop occasionally won't accept these pc generated coupons. They say sorry and refuse them.

No, they won't accept them under any circumstances. I am very upset over this, but what can we do?

Do what I had to do ... demand to speak the CSM (Customer Service Manager) for a clear explanation and if you are still not happy with the answer, then demand the next person up the line. Making a scene can sometimes help. I now have a clear answer = if the bar-code will scan, they will accept the coupon. Also, they will look for name, address, contact on the coupon itself.

If you are still not happy, write/call the main Wal-Mart and make a complain ... worked at my local Fry's (Krogers) here in my small town. They now accept all my coupons, but sometimes the manager has to initial the computer printed ones. Good Luck!

I have copied Walmart's coupon policy below. You can go to http://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx and print this out so that it shows that it is from their corporate website. I had a problem with my Walmart so I printed several copies and when ever I had a problem made them call a manager and showed him the printout and offered to give it to him to post on their bulletin board so that everyone would know that they DO accept internet coupons. I also called their corporate offices at 1-800-WALMART and was told that they accept these coupons and the store was in the wrong. I have not had to use the printout for quite some time now, I guess they got the message!

Wal-Mart Coupon Policy
Wal-Mart accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below):

* Manufacturer coupons (Cents Off)
* Free merchandise (or Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons
* Store coupons
* Pharmacy (Advertising and Promotional) coupons
* Internet coupons
* Soft drink container caps

The following are guidelines and limits:

* Wal-Mart only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase.
* Coupons should have an expiration date and be presented within the valid dates. Wal-Mart will not accept expired coupons.
* Internet coupons should be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon." There should be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.
* Only one coupon per item is permitted.
* Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by Customer Service Manager.

It's horrendous the illegal and acts against humanity that they've committed.

I've watched it, and it's made me stay away from Walmart unless I can't get what I'm looking for elsewhere..........
