Be careful, there are quite a few complaints about people NOT getting their rebate/giftcards with this or simular Verizon Fios "deals". Just so you know.

To anyone waiting on a rebate/gift for this: find the contact information for the rebate and raise hell. There has to be a phone number or at least an email somewhere. I can't tell you how many times I've had to fight for a rebate, or in the case of my PS3 purchase, fighting to get my 5 free BluRay movies - which took 16 weeks.
The squeaky wheel folks...

i am a westchester ,ny resident had it since last aug. the product itself is great good technology.standard no hd channels look good on flat screen tvs, internet is super fast speed compared to time warner.

Somebody was curious about the price.
I have had the FIOS Triple Play installed last month in Dallas, TX(I already had Phone and the FIOS Internet through Verizon). With just the Phone and Internet I was playing between $110 to $120 a month(included Long Distance). According to my Bill my base charge for all 3 is $110 plus the $13 for each DVR(I have 2) and another $30 for taxes(mainly from the phone). So I am looiking at about $166 a month. However they are giving me free DVR service(on one of the DVR's for 4 months since they don't have the High Def DVR's in stock...supposed to get them next month. And they will be about $16 each instead of $13). Also this is for the 15/2 Internet Speed package not the 5/2 so this adds on about $10(that is you could get about $10 off getting the 5/2 package). This saves me about $20 a month as compared to when I had DirecTV. And even more if I had upgraded DirecTV to receive HD($15 for the High Def Signal and then a $200 fee for each High Def DVR...which would still not belong to me) And as they mention for the package with the Triple Play it is basically a $25 discount when you bundle all 3 services, but that is with a 2 years contract. Also mentioned they are including a $200 Circuit City gift card, though I have not received it yet.

Signed up for FIOS finally got my 19"LCD last night and guess what its a TV I never heard of! I signed up when they were offering a 19" Sharp LCD I got a TV that has no HDML inputs! I called they told me the fine print was they could replace the sharp tv with any other brand if they ran out Sharps! I signed up over the phone and recived no paper work!

I live in Maryland. I signed up for the Verizon Triple Play Bundle in December. I also added my Verizon Wireless plan to the bill. I didn't get my free TV due to a computer "glitch". Since Verizon couldn't fix the "glitch", they decided to reduced my first 2 bills by $100 to cover the $200 TV cost. I've had to call Verizon every month since December due to billing errors. It is very frustrating since it takes about 45 minutes to get through to the billing department. Hopefully, my next bill will come in correctly. Note, I think I'm getting a better deal than shown here. I have the following: Phone, Internet, 1 Digital Box, 1 HD Box. This runs $105 + taxes. Verizon also knocked $5/month off my wireless plan after I combined bills.

Be careful is right.
They not only MIS CREDITED my account and came back 4 months later to collect about 1 Grand and NOT willing to make arrangements since IT WAS THEIR FAULT BUT WE NEVER GOT OUR REBATE OF 150 FOR SIGNING SOMEONE UP.
IM SICK OF VERIZON AND WOULDN'T GET IT AGAIN.....BEWARE CUSTOMERS!!. Microsoft Sans Serif">

fios works ok but customer service at Verizon is horrible!!!!! I spent an hour on the phone being passed to 8 different people, none of them could fix my billing issue saying the east coast had info on my old acct and not the new and the west coast had the new info and not the old and their computers arent connected so in order to prove a payment had been made I had to get the bank to send them proof the elctronic payment was made, when my bank contatcted them to provide the proof they said they wouldnt talk to them because they were a 3rd party WTF???
all of it started because i put my acct on vaca mode and when I had it turned back on the a-hole put me in as a new acct so he could get credit for a new customer, I have had nothing but trouble since!!!!!!!

I know many people seem to like the DSL for their internet, but I have had it, thru AT&T and Verizon, and would NEVER again use it. I use Comcast. Had signed up for the Triple Play package when I first moved and it was $99.00 a month, plus tax and fee's of course. I get over 300 channels (digital & HD included), internet service, which is extremely fast, and my phone, unlimited local & long distance with about 16 calling features and voicemail. Since the deal has expired, my entire bill for everything I get is only $131/month with all fee's and taxes included. Never in a million years would I ever go back to DSL, nor would I use any Satalite TV provider. Too many issues, picture quality is NOT what they claim, and the internet is slow unless you happen to live right next to the hub. I have 2 DVR boxes and they only cost me $5.00 each a month and I can record on one box and watch in the other room if I wish.

This is absolutely true. I hated trying to get an actual person on the phone, and when you did they were incredibly rude and pretty much clueless.
