I just received a letter from the rebate folks saying i didn't send them the front cover of my product manual and that I would not receive a rebate. Problem is, I did. I photocopied everything before I sent it - including the torn off cover. Any tips on how to protest this? The phone number provided was nothing but an automated system. I am so annoyed.

Try and track down the companies main office, see if you can't find an email address or phone number to the CEO. Tell him/her your story and I bet they get the ball rolling if they are concerned at all for their customers. That has usually always worked for me.
