Actually, if you go to www.citicards.com and go to the application for this card, click apply, close the window, the popup for the 15,000 bonus points pops-up.

I went with this card and now I am wondering when/if I will receive my points. Does anyone have any idea on the time frame for receiving the points? Thanks

I just got this card. But the pop up yielded 12,500 points, not 15,000. And there is no annual fee, which is important in my opinion. Also, my limit is much higher than some of the comments here. One more detail: You can do a balance transfer with no fee and 0% interest for 12 months. You have 12 months from account open to make a transfer that qualifies for this deal.

I just received my statement a few weeks after my first purchase (I always buy something cheap like a McDonald's meal with a card like this, redeem my points, cancel the card after I receive my rewards, apply for another one, and then keep using the same strategy time after time). To my dismay, the point total was only 11,000 not the 12,500 promised. I called Citi and they told me to fax a letter explaining the problem, a copy of the popup ad (I just replicated the steps on the original offer and printed the popup when it 'popped up'), and a copy of my credit card statement with the 11,000 points displayed. The fax number is 1-904-954-7001. When I called the Citi customer service number on my bill about a week later, they told me they had adjusted my point total to 12,500. It was a little work but Citi did come through. You may just want to redeem your 11,000 points and avoid the hassle.

I also received only 11,000 points. Hopefully they will credit me as well.
