    just got back from the apple store. I was going to get the 4GB for $299 but for an extra $100 i opted for the 8GB for $399.

    Anyone who bought the iPhone when it first came out is a moron. Period. Unless you have unlimited funds to p!ss away. If you do, then you shouldn't be wasting time on this site. Do not Pass Go, do not collect $200.

    Apple will refund the price difference if purchased within 14 days.

    The phone seems nice, but I dislike At&T so I'm not buying.

    Yes was an affirmative to first adopters being morons if they didn't think there would be a 30% price drop in 60-90 days; esp. for a high tech item.

    This posting is funny. While, I wouldn't call anyone a moron, I think you should have known the prices would go down...just like the playstation. Plus, if you are a shopper, you know that prices will generally go down. I guess some people didn't want to wait. The funny thing is that they advertised so much how the Apple had all of these flaws-blah blah blah....and people still brought it...what does that say about consumers...gotta have..hence a consumer world exists...

    599.... 399... i don't care if it goes down to 199... or even for free with contract! don't get me wrong i think it's a pretty kool phone but the point is the service sucks! at&t got the worst service out there, and until i get the option to choose my own carrier i'll be staying on the sideline.
