I wish I had saved the email, but I pretty much copied it word for word. It just said that double points would be earned on "any purchase between now and April 16th"; I received the email on 4/5, so I'm assuming that's when "now" was. I haven't done any shopping in the past two weeks, so I can't say if it's been working. Has anyone else shopped and noticed double points?

Got mine today but it was the wrong amount. Called AE and said they were going to fix it. The awards came out sooner this time, or at least that's the way i feel. They expire early too, May 15

I think they DID fix it. At least, it isn't working for me! I tried it earlier this afternoon, and it worked. But now it doesn't? oh wellll. =P

I'm not sure if it's so much a fixed glitch as it is a changed promotion. The b1g1@50% had been on same items (ie. buy a tank, get a tank), but now it's mix-and-match (ie. buy flip-flops, get a T). In any case, it's still a good deal...especially when you throw in a 40% All-Access Reward discount!

yeah, they fixed the glitch. It was always mix and match. The first time i was just gonna buy a flip flop and a shirt and get the shirt half off, but decided to double up and that's when i caught the glitch

i heard this rumor that ae fix the glitch on their access pass coupons. we use to be able to use the coupon once online and once in the store. now they said the coupon is pretty much link together. if you use it online, it'll show at the store that the coupon has been redeemed and vice versa. i just want to ask you guys that recieved their access pass... did you try using the coupon twice yet? appreciate any feedback you might have. thanks

Whenever i try to use my ae pass that happens so i just call in my order. You can also trying clearing the cookies on your computer that also helps sometimes

Today, it only let me add up to $300 w/ discount, when I went to $302, no discount was applied [except for the automatic free shipping when you spend $100+] and I received the 'reqs not met' message.

I really really really hope we're able to use our coupons twice: once online and once in store. because otherwise I'm going to look like a fool when I grab a bunch of stuff at the store and the cashier tells me my coupon does not work anymore and then I leave everything behind! hehehe

thats was the reason i was asking the same questions. i already used my online access pass but there's a few thing in the store i want to purchase too. i dont want to wait in line and have them tell me that the coupon has been redeem. ;) has anyone tried using the coupon twice yet?

Whenever i place an online order at ae they stop my order and make me confirm my billing address. has this happened to anyone.

i just placed an order last night with my pass and i recieved an emailing saying i need to confirm my order.

sara, you should add to the discounts that there is free shipping when you spend $100 plus, no code needed!!!! good until august 31! yay!

omg! i just realized that we can still use the free shipping when the next All-Access discount comes along... wheee!

on another topic, have any of you have had something backordered and then have AE actually send that item to you? from two orders i made, 1 item from each order was backordered, but i checked the website and those items were still available in the size and color i specified. weird...
