Patience is a virtue. According to AE’s timeline, the Rewards weren’t even supposed to be mailed yet. Once people start announcing that they received theirs, they all start arriving within a couple of weeks. This one doesn’t expire until February 25th, but if you don’t receive yours by February 11th, I’d suggest calling customer service and having them reissue it.

It’s hard to say really. I have three AE stores in my area, each within a 15-minute drive from my home. All three are different sizes with two being inside malls while the third is part of an outdoor shopping “lifestyle center”. That said, all three seem to keep stock of different things; while I might find “XYZ” at one store, the other may just have “XY” and the third just has “YZ”. My best advice is to use AE.com’s “locate in store” feature or call your local store directly and ask if they have something; they may even be willing to hold it aside for you for a short time.

Hey can we still use the $10 money card with $50 purchase cards??I have like 3 and I heard you can use it all at once but I tried and it didn't work. Any suggestions pllzZ???

Using 3 $10 Money Cards
If you spend up to 100 dollars, 30 dollars will be deducted. Thus, you will only pay 70 dollars for your 100 purchase.
^This I am 100% sure. It worked for me.

Using 2 $10 Money Cards
If you spend up to 70 dollars (this, I am not 100% certain), 20 dollars will be deducted. Thus, you will only pay 50~ for your 70~ purchase.

Using 1 $10 off $50, yeah self explanatory

I have no patience.. and typically my mail gets lost or stolen -.- so sometimes I don't even get it. Help? Thank You.

No, I have tried, and they won't give you a code over the phone, but they have been very willing to send another code to me asap.

Any money card cannot be used with any other discount (printable, All-Access birthday, All-Access Reward, etc.) because of AE's policy of not allowing multiple discounts. The only thing that can be combined with a money card is another money card, but even then, you can't use more than three at a time and purchase totals must meet level requirements (one off $50+, two off $100+, or three off $150+) so the total discount isn't more than 20% overall.

Interesting. I've never heard of them being able to do that. I guess when you called you got one of the few competent customer service reps who really knows what can be done on their end; goodness knows they're a rare breed.

The All-Access Rewards for this period expire on February 25th, so you still have about four weeks to receive and use yours. If for whatever reason you need AE to reissue your coupon, they'll extend the expiration date.

Sorry about that one; I thought I had deleted it from my list. I'm going to add an updated list right after this post.

Unfortunately, because it's All-Access Reward season (all the coupons are being delivered and used), percentage codes are a rarity. At the moment, I've only located the one I have listed (20% with Aerie). The good news is that it even works with the new $4.50 hair ties or clearance $4.95 leg warmers, so depending on the order size, a cheap Aerie item can add up to big savings.

you can also use the 20% off aerie purchase on clearance aerie items as well.....so you could just add a $4.95 cute water bottle or a $3.95 pair of panties to get 20% off your entire purchase

While the examples I listed included the leg warmers from the Clearance section, I was unsuccessful in attempts to get it to apply to a cart when the Aerie item was the f.i.t. bottle, any lip or body product, and some other items even though there's no indication that only specific Aerie items apply for the discount to take effect. That said, I have read elsewhere that the code can be finicky, so good luck.

I have a question. If I want to exchange somthin that I bought from ae.com at store, but the price in store is more expensive that I was expense.

I used to retrun and I have never paid more for exchanging the size or color.
But yesterday, I went to the mall to exchange somthin (different size) then the service rep. told me to pay more coz the price in store was more expensive. T.T
Even though, I told her that I just wannted to exchange the size blah blah..., she still insisted about her issue.

I'd have made a scene and demanded a manager. All you wanted was an even exchange, and in my experience as a retail manager, a price adjustment should have been done. I've had cases of a customer buying an item at one location then needing to exchange it at my location for whatever reason, and my store has it listed at a higher price because a sale had ended a few days before or my store wasn't participating in a regional sale. Rather than argue with a customer and demand s/he pay the difference, I'd adjust the price and note the reason as "even exchange".

Don't take this the wrong way, but codes are posted as they're found. I try to add an updated list once per week as my time allows; it's not hard to find codes, but I do feel it a necessary courtesy to confirm and test them before I pass them on to y'all.
