I had read that within days of that promo being advertised, the gift sets were sold out, but then they restocked them. It’s very possible they had sold out again and didn’t restock for a second time. Congrats on the money cards, though!

I received an email this morning from AE regarding an opportunity to earn rewards (gift cards, All-Access points) by answering surveys. If you’re 13-25, it goes through UTalkBack.com and if you’re over 25, it goes through E-Rewards.com. Here’s the email if you haven’t received it yet.

i was wondering if it is possible to use a regular gift card AND a $10 money card with $50 purchase AND an all access reward pass for online orders. Also, it is possible to use more than one gift card per online order?

I think you can use your giftcard and the money card together. However in order to use more then one giftcard you have to place your order by phone.

theres a special offer for TeenVogue for over purchases of $100.

but i dont know how you get the offer.. it doesn't add to the bag or anything.

While it doesn't matter how you pay for a purchase (cash, check, credit, gift cards), the $10 money card is considered a discount and cannot be used with an All-Access reward or any other percentage discount.

I found this on ae.com's frontpage. It's a free one-year subscription to the magazine or $10 off your current subscription. I'd call Customer Service to see if they have any other information, though, I think they may just pull your name and address from your order and give it to the publisher for processing.

I have ordered by phone several times since i usually have multiple giftcards. It is not automated, you speak to an ae cotumer service rep. You tell them u want to place and order and if u have giftcards and codes you should tell them before. You kind of need to keep reminding them throughout the process cuz sometimes they forget. All you need to do is give them the sku number for your items and then they ask you what color and size you want the item in. Its easy but somewhat time consuming

yay! i received my all-access reward in the mail today and tried to place an online order. however, when i typed in the discount code i received a message that i was "not authorized to use this promotion" or something to that effect. i figured i must have mistyped the code, so i tried it again, but it still didn't work. has anyone else encountered this problem?

That has happened to me the last two reward periods. I ended up calling AE on the phone and order then 1st time it happened. The 2nd time I ended up somehow getting on internet explorer and trying that instead of AOL and it worked.. who knows why but it did.

I had the same problem last period, and it ended up working in Internet Explorer, but not in Mozilla Firefox. When I called AE's customer service, they said to try again, because the code was valid on their end.

I was just looking for some help. I receive my all access reward a week ago & for some reason, when I try to use it online it says that I'm not eligible for that promotion. I've read the fine print & I'm in line with it.. help?

close your browser and try again. if not then use a different browse, example: youre using firefox, switch to internet explorer, vice versa.

always worked for me. ae is weird lol

The same problem happened to me this earning period too. I didn't change browsers, but changed computers instead. I have Internet Explorer on both computers, but the reward worked on one and not the other. You could try doing the same thing if changing browsers doesn't work for you.

Got my Reward this past Saturday. I had no problems at all with the last Reward (redeemed in October), but the one before that (redeemed in July) kept getting errors no matter what I did, and I wound up placing my order over the phone. I guess it’s a bug that they just haven’t been able to fix yet.

The Spring line has been available online and, beginning today, is available in-store, too. It'll be a while before anything's discounted, though.
