This item is now back-ordered. I tried calling the online dept. (no longer posted on HD's website either) to see when it would ship, but after being on hold for over an HOUR I gave up. Good luck getting this thing shipped before the FOURTH OF JULY!!!

Home Depot has issues! TWICE I was placed on hold for about 40 minutes and decided to hang up the phone when I called regarding an issue I had with my grill order.
It seems Home Depot didn't update the special in their system and sent me a comfirmation e-mail letting me know that the grill was shipped but the invoice showed $399.00 minus 39.90 plus 27.83 tax to total $386.93, instead of $199 - 10% off + tax.
Anyway, I sent them and e-mail but still has not received a response yet and it's been over 24 hours. I shall wait and see.

As of the website today this grill is no longer available. I called the customer service #, got right through, and was told what the website already told me. Once again I waited to long to order and missed out on a good deal.

I just have a question about the grill a bought. We bought it the 1st part of winter, and 3 days ago it was on low and caught on fire not very happy. We paid $400.00 for it and it has'nt even lasted a year.

I bought one late last year as well. I used it once. Cooked great steaks. Tried to fire it up tonight, and could only get a flicker out of the burner. Put my full tank on, and same thing...ideas? anyone?

I just purchased this grill and have a basic question: Are you supposed to use ceramic briquets with this grill? The assembly and owners manual said nothing about it. What are the pros and cons of using ceramic briquets?

this unit is not stainless as advertised. If you use magnet on unit it will stick, if stainless it wont.

We had the same problem only we had ours just a little longer than a year, I think a year and a half. Never again will we purchase one of the Great Outdoors grills!
