I bought these on ebay and got scammed. The coupon had "already been redeemed" when I went to use it. If its a unique coupon, what the sellers on ebay do is sell it, but use the coupon code real quick while the physical coupon is in the mail (to you), and thus the coupon won't work when you try to use it. Happened to me.

For the Idiot that stated that most stores operate on a 1% margin I would like to ask where he or she gets that info from. The stores do in fact have a few items which are "loss leaders" meaning they are sold at or below cost to finish a job or to get the customer in the door but they are but a few of them. The average margin is over 30% with some items fetching over 65% margin.
I think the stores can afford to give 10% discounts all day long.

HERE'S THE TRUTH:
Like most of the things on EBay these coupons are COUNTERFEIT! You can get the actual Home Depot Coupon by filling out a change of address. The only coupons H.D ever offers is 10%. Never 20%.
FYI: Assume that every Brand Name item on Ebay is Fake and Counterfeit. 95% of the time that is the case. Bid with that in mind and you will not get taken to the cleaner. Always pay with PP backed with a Credit Card.

You are such an idiot. Lots of people sell valid coupons. Saying that ALL home depot coupons on Ebay are fakes and all people who sell them are scammers is not only thick headed but just generaly stupid. You must be the dumb ass who sits it the chair by the from door and greets people. Because that is all your are mentally capable of doing.

I have a 20% Coupon for Home Depot. Someone I know made it, put it on eBay, and is planning to make a few bucks from gullible folks. I don't care if they work or not because in the fine print it says, "Not issued by Home Depot Corporation". Read before you buy!

I work at home depot and these are fraud. We watch out for these is particularly. Don't bother trying to buy them or use them because they will not work. You are warned.
