sorry my friend but due to the recent scam perpetrated by freedelivery4u the onus is on brooklyn based businesess that come out of nowhere selling cheap products for three months to prove beyond any doubt that they are legit.

In your case you actually have worse feedback than freedelivery4u before they decided to pull a fast one on everyone. Like them you also sold nothing but $10 crap for months. Like them you also are no longer accepting paypal for high ticket items. Like them you also come on the scene with several hundred auctions for buy it now. like them you ask that the seller call you to finalize the transaction.

I think maybe three months from now after you deliver all the cameras you are selling and have received all that glowing positive feedback you can come back here and call me on the carpet. Until then you are actually starting off in a worse light than freedelivery did.

As far as you being a "Director" of the "Digital-Shopping-Network" "Company" I should point out that your company is not even registered as a DBA in the State of New York. You are not a member of the BBB. You do not have a website. You do not even appear to have a licence to collect NY sales tax under that name as you allege in your Ebay Listings. You may have a merchant account to accept credit cards, but guess what - so do I. If you have any of the above please post so I can verify with the proper authorities. And yes I am on Freedelivery4u's a$$ much the same as I'll ride yours if all of a sudden you happen to get NARU'd by Ebay. Good luck.

I was also ripped off for a Sony digital camera. I just called Amer Express and they reversed it and put a restriction so Freedelivery does not attempt to recharge it to me.
I hope Amer Ex does not charge it back to me if they determine that they are scammers.

If you charged yours on CC, call the CC company and try to have them remove the charge because the seller never sent the product. It might work.

Dear weaver 145,
I tried to go to your website finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/freescam, but was unsuccessful. Did I do something wrong or is it no longer on the internet? My husband and I have been filing complaints with everyone even the post office for mail fraud. Is there anything else we can do? Do you think these guys will get caught and we might get our money back?
Thanks a lot,
Joanne

I bought a Nikon camera and lens from DSN via e-bay, along with an extended warranty they offered via Repairtech. When contacted, repairtech told us to send the lens to Nikon, since it had been less than a year since purchase. Nikon returned the item marked "non-US" product and did not honor warranty. DSN assured me that Repairtech would handle this. I have not been able to get either repairtech or DSN to answer my inquiries. I would call this a failure to be a "GOOD COMPANY" for me as a consumer.

My husband and I purchased a Nikon D90 Digital SLR Camera +2 VR Lenses in a package. After it was ordered my husband received a call from a salesman, Kevin, telling him that in order for the camera to be capable of taking pictures at the 4.5 frames per second it has listed in the specs on their web page, he needed to upgrade the processor. Shouldn't it be sold able to do what it says it can. He also proceeded to sell my husband an extended warranty covering 3 years. This was an additional $150.00. Our $1200 camera is now $1500. When we received the camera a lens was missing but was to be delivered a few days later. It was but the warranty was on back order and two months later we still don't have it. We have sent multiple e-mails and I have called the numbers listed on their website and packing list only to hear a message stating that they are not open. I am calling during their listed business hours. The camera is good but the accessories shown on the website are not all the same manufacturer advertised. They also mislead you into thinking the items are larger than they are. I would never use the table top flexible tri-pod with this camera. It would not support the weight. Not entirely happy with the purchase. Disgusted by the "customer service".

How interesting! This phone number, 877-393-6205, has also been used by shopsunshine.com and CyberDiscountWarehouse.com which seem to have some of the same kind of problems that KellPell and others have mentioned.

Google the phone number for more interesting tidbits about digitalshoppingnetwork.com/ShopSunshine.com/CyberDiscountWarehouse.com.

One more thing. I noticed that when they get a negative rating on resellerratings.com there will be a bunch of new users posting 5 star glowing reviews. Their reviews are: the occasional 2 or 3 star and a lot of 1 stars and 5 stars. This is a statistical anomaly.
