Yup, when I first dealt with them, their shipping usually took about 7 working days. But it's much longer now, and often orders get split, often coming more than a week apart when all titles were "processed" on the same day. This is reportedly due to shipping from multiple warehouses (per their own representative).
However, they do not have the best selection (more than 25% of my region 1 DVD purchases cannot be found there -- If you deal a lot with anime, HK and European Cinema, you will only find the most common titles).
Apparently their great prices are due to bulk purchasing, so if the title will be hot, they will have it, if only a couple hundred are expected to sell, don't expect to be able to find it here.
Also keep an eye out for discount codes. The last one was for 20% additional discount on your entire purchase, which tallied to an average of 44% off of retail price on my order of about 25 DVDs.
Final word: Deep Discount has never stiffed me on a DVD, even though a few titles have taken up to 3 weeks to get, and with only a couple of exceptions (within 25 cents) their price has been the lowest.
I used to buy from ULN, but when they changed their shipping policy about a year ago, avg. cost per DVD in shipping went from ~$1.10 to about $3, and they deliberately split my final order into individual DVDs (since there were 12 DVDs that's over $30 in shipping, and my last disc still has not been shipped).
