The deadline for your entry to the giveaway is 25 days after the official launch of the Nexus One. Current rumors points to January 5th of 2010, but we don't really know for sure yet.

The Official Rules:
1) You must be 18 or older and live in the 50 states to enter.
2) By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the full official rules and agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
3) If you're chosen as the winner, you will be notified via Twitter, and you'll have 24 hours to "tweet" us back to claim your prize before you're disqualified and another winner will be chosen.
4) The winner will receive 1 brand new Unlocked Nexus One or Paypal cash with the equivalent cost of the Phone. We are not responsible for mail-in rebates and contracts.
5) PreThinking.com is not responsible for taxes, shipping costs, wireless service or contracts, but the winner of the giveaway.
6) You're only allowed to enter once, if caught violating this rule, you're disqualified from the contest.
