BLOOD DRIVE PARTICIPANTS
What: How would you like to become a hero, save lives in your community and receive a free ticket to a Miami Dolphins game? That’s exactly what will happen this Saturday during a blood drive organized by Florida’s Blood Centers.
During the drive, the first 100 registered participants will receive a free ticket to the December 27 Miami Dolphins game against the Houston Texans. Participants will also receive a coupon for $10 off any purchase of $50 or more at Gander Mountain.

We need any person who has ever considered giving blood to please donate today. Also benefiting from blood donations are cancer patients, burn victims, trauma victims and people who need different types of surgery. Donors can be as young as 16 and should weigh at least 102 pounds. There is no upper age limit.
Blood donations help save the lives of people needing routine surgery, trauma patients, premature babies, and cancer patients at local hospitals who depend on those donations for life-saving blood transfusion. The patient needing blood transfusions could be your neighbor, a family member or even yourself. Most donations will impact those patients within a few days. If you have ever donated blood or thought about it, now is the time to be a local hero and save lives in your community.
