I ordered this coffeemaker in late August right here online. I have never received it. I moved to a new location on Sept 28, 2005 and as the order had not come, I thought you weren't going to send it. I made an address change with the Post Office. Yesterday, I went by the old address and found a box from you sitting on the porch! I don't know when it came! It is too small to be the stainless pot I had ordered. I haven't opened it, but I suppose it is coffee! Why haven't I received my coffeemaker? Did you refuse my order? If you did, why are you sending me coffee? Please advise!!

Just to let you know... if you don't like the GEVALIA lettering on the stainless coffee maker I found it just rubs off when you use the MR CLEAN eraser sponge (white sponge).
