Lord & Taylor, Hechts, and Strawbridges are part of the Mayco, www.mayco.com family or just type in Lord & Taylors name in the browser. I just signed up at their web-site, and they send links to the coupons, although my ISP does not always allow their mail to get through, or there is a problem on their end, not sure. Finally received my mail coupons, and found one in my in-box for a change (had not checked that mail for a week, so it was no good.)
I just re-register, receive the coupon links for awhile, and then they stop again. However, give it a try, and you won't miss your sale coupons!
I get specials on-line directly from Target, Penneys, and many other on & off line merchants.
By the way, the coupons are usually in the newspaper, too. Most stores are happy to provide you with a coupon; Hechts used to be strict, but now they have coupons available at the register (I guess the economy is hurting, and they don't want to lose customers; I mean 20% off of $100 is a big saving!) ....except when I don't receive them on my on-line mailbox or in the mail, ya know Murphy's Law. However, that was awhile ago, and so far, no problems with my discount coupons (plus they send 20% coupons with my credit card statement!) The salespeople know me and let me use the 20% off coupon for my entire purchase most of the time, too.

PS I meant that I just re-registered at Hechts; I've been on their e-mail list for 4 years. Wish we could use their coupons on the net.

It's Zotherredhead, too lazy to sign in.
I'll look & see if I get L&T's coupons. Check the local newspaper for coupons.
In the future, sign up for their newsletters, and they'll send a link to the coupons & other offers.

Did you sign up at Lord & Taylor.com? They'll send a link so you can print out their coupons. The coupons are also in most Sunday papers, and sometimes appear in the daily papers. If you have a L&T credit card, they usually send the ads/coupons auto by mail. L&T & Hechts are sister companies, but I only receive Hechts via US mail.

Check the local newspaper. A lot of times the store clerks will use one of their coupons, or ask another customer if they have an extra one!
Sincerely,

Where is this phantom coupon they say you can print on line? My policy is to not shop at stores that require coupons. I always feel I am being cheated if I don't have a coupon. Although I have a Lord & Taylor charge I only receive some sales flyers, therefore I no longer shop at Lord and Taylors. If all dissatisfied customers voted with their feet the stores would stop this nonsense.

Hi, Guest. Lord & Taylor is one of the Mayco family of stores, I believe. Do a google search, or just type the name, wait I'll post the link:
Copied & pasted from Google:
The May Department Stores CompanyLord & Taylor | Famous Barr | Filene's | Foley's | Hecht's | Kaufmann's | LS Ayres | Meier & Frank. Robinsons May | Strawbridge's ...
www.maycompany.com/ - .
I signed up for Hechts, and sometimes I get a link to the coupons. (I think it is my ISP.) Anyway, coupons should also be in the paper, Sunday & check during the week. You can also call them and tell them that you are not getting your ad booklets with the coupons. Usually, the salespeople have coupons in case someone forgets to bring their coupons or they did not arrive in the mail.
Used to be Hechts was strict but most of the time, the salespeople have extra coupons behind the counter. Times are hard!
I have a Hechts charge, but not a L&T so I do not get coupons from L&T in the mail, although one can use a Hechts charge at L&T.

Dear Guest,
You can vent in the "Forums" section. There is an area to complain about stores. As I stated, I'd called the store and/or contact them via the net.
Also look for BizRate & Planetfeedback to send this store a message!
