In doing some digging I found a goldmine with online copies of just about everything. Halfway down the page is a link to three other posts on this rebate. Between these posts I think you can find anything you need and that we are definitely not alone on this one.

Anyone make any progress on this mess?

I am preparing to respond to the BBB form that I had received and was advised to fill out if I didn't hear anything after 30 days.

I printed out all the forms, emails, and paperwork I had on this and went to a local store. Ten minutes later I had my $40 back with no hassle.

I finally got my rebate check for a Wester Digital hard drive. It was $50 and it took about 2 months.
