Same here. I did return within 15 days though. But since I buy from the internet. I have to pay the shippin back? Word of advice, go to local wireless store when you are try out the reception. That way, if you are not satisify, you can directly return to that store. (Since they are commission involved, if you buy from internet, for example, the AT&T wireless, you can' t return to the local AT&T. That' s true for all carriers.) I learn the hard way by paying the shipping back. Generally, I will recommand you try out first then pick the carrier. The important thing is your home and your work need to have good reception. Sometime, one carrier happen to have a tower nearby then that' s the one you pick. Our final comparsion, the reception for me the best is the Verizon. That' s the one we pick. It is most expensive, but hey, I had a baby comming when I picked the phone. The plan was when my wife called, I wanted to get the phone right there at my office. As contract to land phone, pick the cellphone service base on cheapist plan is moot point. Strange enough most of the carrier doesn' t understand the conecpt. While they keep just adding the " features" to the plan and charge more but refuse to putting up more towers.[:' (]
