I tried the coffee only once....too much caffeine....don't do well with that, wish I had ordered the caffeine-free version or tea instead. Very good tasting though!!

FYI, I tried this a few weeks ago thinking I would get a Grind and Brew coffee maker as posted on the board and their website. Instead I received one with a Thermal pot.
It appears to be nice enough (haven't used it yet since it doesn't do anything my previous maker does), just beware that they reserve the right to change what the free coffee maker is. I did like the coffee very much, but I do better pricewise at Costco. YMMV.

I too signed up hoping to get the Grind and Brew coffee maker. They sent me a double coffee maker. Brews two diffrent pots at once. Now I have two half pounds of coffee beans and nothing to grind them with.

what you have to do is visit this page

then on the right, it says "Click Here to enter it now" you have to enter the promotional code, which is 166272. the website is poorly designed so if there are spaces before or after the code, it doesnt work. just warning ya, and yea it still works.

I actually did this deal months ago and fell in love with their coffee, it's as good as Gloria Jeans coffee. You can cancell after that 1st shipment or if you want you can schedule your shipments months apart. Good deal!

I just called them and tried to switch deals but they said that it was to late. The guy said that I would have to wait until I got this one and then return it and request the grind & brew deal. To much hassle for me. Thanks anyway.

actually, what i'm curious about, Miss C, is how the coffee maker is. I've heard good things about the coffee, but if i do decide not to keep the membership, does the coffee maker work well? i noticed that the Grind n Brew machine is actually a Cuisinart coffee maker, that's an excellent deal if anyone can actually get it! :)

I just recieved the Cuisinart Automatic Gring & Brew 10 cup coffeemaker a few days ago. The Gevalia order was placed on 1/30/02 and I recieved a email saying it was in backorder. I didn't think it will actually get it, but it's here. The model number is DGB-300BK with a 3 year warranty and a gold-tone filter. This thing is just too nice to use. The coffee is better then the stuff in the supermarket, so I'll keep the account going. Thanks for the link and post.
