I Think This Needs To Be Dealt With Officially The Target Store In Northern Wilmington Delaware Would Not Allow The Salvation Army To Locate A Bell Ringer In Front Of Their Store In That Location During The Christmas Season And I Want Target To Know We In Delaware Have People Who Will Not Shop In Their Stores For That Action That Is So Insensitive Of A Major Store To Disrespect An Organization That Helps The Homeless And Needy And If You Agree With Us Who Say It Is So Insensitive Then I Ask That You As Well Do Not Patronize Their Stores Anywhere.

All this rhetoric just sends a message of hate to a conservative organization that helps alot of people without wasting a lot of administrative money. Target obviously supports gay rights or they wouldn't be bashing the Salvation Army. Let's get this straight. Christianity will never support homonsexuality because it is simply not the way that God intended things to be. You say that's wrong--I say you need salvation.

We aren't pushing the Salvation Army away, we belief in equality. If we allow the Salvation Army then we'd have to allow the Boys and Girls Club, and Red Cross, and the Hispanic family that's house was burnt down last week and need donations, as well as the crooked "homeless" man that drives that brand new car. The issue isn't that Target doesn't "like" or "condemn" these people we just can't have 14 charities ringing bells and harassing people in front of our store. We want shopping at Target to be peaceful, easy, and mindlessly relaxing. One thousand bells ringing and people begging doesn't quite set the "mood" for such shopping. Target employee Phoenix, Az

I agree with Target. I'm tired of being harassed for donations every time I enter or leave a store.

Our family is very upset with Target's boycott of the Salvation Army. Because of this action we have chosen to boycott their stores.

Ok, here is the deal. Apparently target has in the past let salvation army people collect money outside the store. A salvation army bell ringer was robbed and the salvation army sued target because the incident happened on target property, so I think that Target should have the right to refuse the money collection.

I used to be a Target employee. It is very frustrating to have to deal with complaints over something we could not control because it was an executive decision. Please write to the company or call them, but don't take it out on the people who have no control!!

No one should have the right to tell you who to marry. If you want to marry your father, brother, sister, or the family pet it should be ok. Also if you decide to have 3 or 4 husbands or wives that should be ok too. O think liberals wouls all agree.

i truly believe that target has the right to ban the salvation army from ringing there bells outside of their stores. if you choose to donate money to the needy there are plenty of ways to do it, so instead of spending your time typing messages about how furious you are find a way that you can help the needy, you're not helping by just sitting there at your computer compaining about it. and quit turning it into a racism issue, this has nothing to do with the color of anyones skin, it has to do with ringing a bell and asking for money...
