No, you need to maintain a balance of $3500 for 18 months.

20 % interest for 1.5 years = about $1050 in interest you pay for the laptop.

If you already carry a blance like that:

A) Pay it off you dumb ass
B) Get a lower interest card!
C) If you can do either you might as well get the $1050 Laptop

Oops.... I didn't calculated all these. So they are giving a $600 laptop for $1000. Ummm.... Sweeeeeeeet.
